We can provide bespoke on-site in school support whenever you need it, from an hourly service right through to full days or even an ad-hoc setup to ensure you get the best out of your technology investment

We work for you and in your best interests., securing the best possible deals and using procurement procedures to ensure finances and budgets are used in the best possible way, enabling schools to really maximise their funding.


Our advice is, if you don’t need it, don’t buy it. We encourage schools to make full use of their current purchases before considering new investments.


You don’t always need fancy new equipment to perform basic day-to-day tasks.



Policies, legislation and eSafety all form part of our core support services. Licence handling and keeping your school legal whilst at the same time providing support and advice where it’s needed the most.


There’s always OFSTED and auditors to think about and we will be on-site before the visit checking and re-checking and we’ll stay to the end regardless of the number of days purchased or when the visit is due.

This doesn’t mean that we will be waiting for your call before resolving any issues, you can call us and we will try to sort things out even if a technician is not on site.


Network monitoring, updating and resolving issues in real time, in most cases before they impact the school is part of the excellence we strive for.


To give you peace of mind, during the times when there is no technician in school, we’ll still keep an eye on things.


The way we see it is, the less you have to phone us, the better our support actually is.



If the worst should ever happen, you can be sure we will be there to get things going again.


By providing an ‘always on-call’ service as standard, we’ll get to you within 2 hours and won’t leave until everything is up and running.


By monitoring the network, this service is provided 24 hours a day, all year round for extra peace of mind, and of course, as part of your support



You’ve got assembly in a couple of days and your AV player isn’t working… it’s sports day and the big hall system needs to be taken outside and set up to provide some extra motivation or you’ve got that all important year 6 production and need help with sound and lighting.

We always work with our schools to put together an ICT development plan that is both realistic and reliable. Everything from the ICT scheme of work right through to existing and new wireless networks forms part of how we can support your school.


Once any gaps in the Scheme of Work have been identified and a plan in place to address these areas, we work with you to implement any changes within agreed timescales.


Working with head teachers, business managers and school governors as well as regular meetings with ICT coordinators helps us provide the best possible support for your school and move the school forward with minimum disruption.


New admin technology such as complete IP telephony systems or additions to new offices and separate admin ICT network installations ensure we cover the whole school.


We have helped schools develop realistic plans and are constantly involved in improving ICT in the classroom



As part of your development plan and also a key area on its own, staff training and ongoing refresher and update training is a must for any school that wants to make the most of its resources.


We work alongside schools to identify training needs and deliver in school training at times that suit you around your school schedule.




Your onsite technician can be part of lessons if needed and work with teachers to ensure any issues in the classroom are resolved quickly and help make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.


Your technician can be part of entire ICT lessons to make sure all pupils and staff are confident in using the computers and software and resolve any problems that they may be having.



We understand that not everything can be categorised and there may be times when you need additional assistance.


No task is too big or small and anything not already covered will usually be included as part of your technology support.
